AN INTEGRAL APPROACH TO THERAPY

I don’t believe one therapeutic approach can fully account for the complexity of a person’s life.

We are shaped by our histories, our relationships, our environments, and the ways we have learned to adapt and protect ourselves.

My approach is integral, drawing primarily from psychodynamic, attachment based, humanistic, and relational perspectives. These foundations help us understand not only what you are struggling with, but where certain patterns may have begun, how they have served you, and what continues to keep them in place.
