I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and families. People come to therapy for many reasons, including relationship challenges, life transitions, and a desire to better understand themselves. We’ll begin with what brings you here and what you hope to explore or change.

Yes, I offer a free 20 minute consultation. This is a chance to share a little about what brings you to therapy, ask questions, and get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.

Our first session is a chance to begin getting to know one another and give you a feel for how we might work together. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what feels present in your life, and what you hope to get from our work. You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out or know exactly where to begin. We’ll find a starting point together.

I generally recommend meeting weekly, particularly as we begin. A consistent rhythm helps us build a relationship and stay connected to what is unfolding in your life.

There is no set timeline. Some people come to work through a specific concern and feel ready to finish once they find greater clarity or feel more settled. Others find value in therapy as an ongoing practice of self discovery and growth. We’ll check in along the way about what you need and whether our work continues to feel meaningful.

I offer in person therapy in San Francisco and virtual therapy for clients located throughout the Bay Area and California.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Chico State University and my Master’s degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies.

My fee is $225 for a 50 minute individual session and $275 for a 50 minute couples or family session.

I do not accept insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill, which is an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurance provider to request reimbursement. I recommend contacting your provider before we begin to ask about your coverage for out of network therapy, any applicable deductible, and how much you may be reimbursed.

I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.
